CHARGES FOR PATRONS -

Regular Accommodation (Common bath) - Regular Room on Double/Triple Sharing Basis, 24 hour hot-cold water
Rs.4,500/- per month

Regular Window Accommodation (Common bath) - Regular Room on Double/Triple Sharing Basis with outward opening window, 24 hour hot-cold water
Rs.5,000/- per month

Regular AC Accommodation (Common bath) - Airconditioned Room on Triple Sharing Basis, 24 hour hot-cold water
Rs.6,500/- per month

Other Charges -

Meals - 1 / Rs. 1,000, 2/ Rs. 1,500 & 3/ Rs. 1,800 per month
( all plans include all meals on Sundays & national holidays & 2 teas on all days. Extra meals available for Rs.40/- each )
Self Cooking - Kitchen usage charges @ Rs.500/- per month
Wifi - Rs.500 per month
Internet - As per usage @ Rs. 20/- per 1/2 hour

Included for all -

Housekeeping, Electricity, Water, Security & Normal Usage of Washing Machine

Terms & Conditions :-

1. The accommodation charges shall be payable in advance for a minimum period of 1 month or part thereof for the current month.

2. A security deposit of Rs. 5,000/-, refundable at 15 days written notice, shall be payable in advance.

3. Double/Triple Occupancy rooms shall be available for single occupancy, if so desired, on double charge basis.

4. All patrons are required to fill a form in advance with a valid ID Proof and at least one local verifiable reference.
